In 2016, political parties in Montenegro spent €1.3m more than they earned. Political entities are increasingly interested in making the financial report well and present it to competent state authorities and the public.
This was announced at today’s press conference of the State Audit Institution (DRI), at which the Summary Report on the Audit of Annual Financial Statements of Political Entities for 2016 was presented.
DRI Senate member Nikola N. Kovacevic said that in 2006, 30 audited political entities had a total income of €10,159,000.
