According to the released statement, the meeting resulted in concrete ideas, suggestions and proposals for the completion of the KT Action Plan for 2016. Representatives of political parties expressed their unequivocal readiness to continue cooperation with the Communication team and congratulated for the results achieved.
“Noting that dialogue and communication with citizens should be continued, the participants repeated the assessment of complementarity of EU and NATO integration, particularly when it comes to the rule of law and further strengthening of the institutions. In this context, they reached an agreement on the need for additional efforts in communication, particularly about the benefits of NATO membership, as well as issues that still intrigue the general public. They also accepted the initiative of representatives of the Albanian parties to include content in Albanian language in the future promotion NATO integration,” the statement said.
The meeting was initiated by the Communication team and it was attended by representatives of political parties that support the membership and have their representatives in the Parliament.
