The outgoing Prime Minister, Dritan Abazovic, stated earlier today that he had filed criminal charges against former public officials for allocated flats and housing loans. He told that criminal charges were filed against Predrag Boskovic, Dragica Sekulic, Budimir Segrt, Damir Sehovic, Ivan Brajovic, Osman Nurkovic, Suzana Pribilovic, Suad Numanovic and several more officials of the former government, because they, as the Prime Minister claimed, had made multi-million euro damage to the country.
“We are filing criminal charges concerning housing loans, suspecting that around 2 million euro damage was caused,” Mr Abazovic said.
However, the outgoing Prime Minister didn’t tell whether he was going to file a criminal charge against his ex-colleagues – the ministers Milojko Spajic and Mladen Bojanic – for negative reports of the State Audit Institution, which cast suspicion about multi-million euro malverzations, particularly when it comes to the former finance minister, Milojko Spajic.
Current Prime Minister, who used to be DPM of the government which made many unlawful actions, didn’t tell anything about the lawsuit filed by Aman Resorts before the London Court of International Arbitration, claiming 100 million euro in compensation.
A list of “affairs” of the former and current government that prosecution should examine is quite extensive.
In a country where legal order works properly, investigative bodies would deal with these matters by virtue of the office.
