Goran Danilovic, an independent MP and leader of the United Montenegro, had the highest costs for the use of government vehicles and spent €1,299 even though he was boycotting the parliament almost the whole last year, according to Pobjeda.
From January to November 2017, leaders of caucuses spent €4,633 from the state budget for the use of government vehicles. Out of that sum, the opposition’s leaders who were boycotting the parliament (except the Democrats, as they do not use the privileges) spent €2,619.
In the first 11 months of 2017, SDP leader Rasko Konjevic spent €911 for the use of government vehicles. Milutin Djukanovic (DF), who ended boycotting of the parliament in December 2017, spent €407 on fuel. According to the parliament’s data, he had been using the vehicle for four months (January, February, October and November).
Ervin Ibrahimovic (BS) spent €1,297 on fuel, whereas Miodrag Radunovic (DPS) spent €540.
Vujica Lazovic (SD) had the lowest costs for the use of government cars -€144, followed by Mico Orlandic (SD) – €33 (he has been using a car as of 11 September).
Withstanding the Rulebook on the Use of Official Vehicles in the parliament, caucus leaders have the right to use the government vehicles.
They are allowed to spend up to €120 a month.
