Former defence minister and official of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Predrag Boskovic, has been freed following the interrogation at the Podgorica High Court conducted by the judge Gorana Scepanovic.
Mr Boskovic was detained following the proceedings launched against him on the order of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT). After the interrogation, he was ordered up to 72-hours detention yesterday.
His lawyer, Mihailo Volkov, has said Mr Boskovic is accused of setting up a criminal organization, adding that he (Boskovic) gave a brief statement and denied all charges.
Yesterday, on the order of SDT, members of the Special Police Department (SPO) arrested Mr Boskovic at Podgorica airport.
