Prosecution checking conversations that Sukovic was intercepting

By this evidence, for which it isn’t confirmed that they were collected legally, Sukovic tried to support his claims that he came to knowledge of the alleged cigarettes smuggling and the so-called Mojkovac clan, for whose leadership he accused vice president of the government Dusko Markovic and secretary of the Bureau for coordination of security services, Veselin Veljovic, it was reported by Dnevne novine.

According to unofficial information, analysis of intercepted conversations is ongoing as well as hearings of it’s participants, because the transcripts themselves are not a legitimate evidence apparently, because they were acquired illegally.

Against Sukovic, who was apprehended and released last week, an investigation is ongoing because of endangering the security of Markovic, as well as a diciplinary process in the Police directorate. Investigation was initiated because of the comments against Markovic that Sukovic posted on web portal “Vijesti”, under the alias “Boss”, but also because of the later public accusations that he said to media against Veljovic and Markovic that they are “members of a Mojkovac criminal clan”.
