Prosecutor suspects that Radulovic and Djondovic falsified documents

Petar Radulović

There is reason to suspect that the director of the Wir metal processing company, Darko Djondovic, signed and stamped a certificate with untrue content, which Petar Radulovic used as a false public document when applying for the post of deputy director of the Airports of Montenegro (ACG), according to the letter sent by special prosecutor Milos Soskic to Biljana Knezevic, Pobjeda and Dan have reported today.

Knezevic is conducting a dispute against ACG before the Basic Court in Podgorica and claims that Radulovic was illegally elected to that position, for which she also applied. Soskic’s letter states that this results from the evidence collected during the preliminary proceedings.

Knezevic initiated a court case in July 2021 due to the illegal employment of Petar Radulovic as ACG deputy executive director.

She also addressed the president of the Basic Court, Zeljka Jovovic, where the proceedings are being conducted, stressing that the process is taking too long.
