The state prosecutor’s office was not invited to take part in the process of preparing draft amendments to the Law on State Prosecutor’s Office this time either and it knows nothing about them, it was stated after today’s conference of state prosecutors.
“At today’s conference, state prosecutors concluded that such sustained disregard for the prosecutorial organization in the process of preparing legal solutions was unacceptable, and that it’s necessary to involve representatives of the Prosecutorial Council and the State Prosecutor’s Office so that they may provide their expertise and discuss proposed solutions at the national level alongside international experts,” the prosecutor’s office stated.
