After months of blocking the main road and relentlessly demanding accountability from authorities for both massacres in Cetinje, citizens are escalating their protest—today, from 17:26 to 20:26, they are announcing a complete traffic shutdown, reports Cetinjski List.
They emphasised that if the government continues to ignore their fight for accountability among those responsible, a sharper escalation of the protests will follow.
