“The Court cannot work this way. This is obstruction of trial which was also found by the court of appeals in their decision. Medical records were provided by private practice “Petrovic” from Budva, thus expert Dragana Čukić is ordered to submit her findings and opinion on the state of the accused Radjenovic by 12 AM. Should it determine abuse, the court will exercise legal measures available”, threatened Pavličić, writes daily newspaper Dnevne Novine.
However, since Čukić received confirmation Radjenovic is ill of stomach and intestines, causing fever and low blood pressure because of which he must rest for the next few days, the judge postponed the trial for June 29th. But she threatened all the accused who dare obstruct the process, adding she has been unable to hold trial for the last ten days because of such obstructions.
According to the indictment, Lazar Radjenovic was vice president and Aleksandar Ticic manager of the Municipality of Budva, when they fixed that accused Vido Rađenović wins the auction for the purchase of land on Kosljun. He paid the land from a loan approved in the First Bank by the accused Jelica Petricevic, and for which they guaranteed the municipal money. Then, they sold the same plot of land by tenfold higher price to already arranged buyer, says the indictment.
Radjenovic’s lawyer, Vladan Bojic, announced he would file a criminal complaint against judge Valentina Pavličić because she publicly (in the courtroom) shared details from the medical records of his client. According to his estimate, this is the information which, according to law, must not publicly be disclosed – what was previously pointed out to the court by his colleague, lawyer Aleksandra Stevović.
