Radulovic: Fewer tourists, higher income and longer season

Žarko Radulović

The president of the Montenegrin Tourist Association and co-owner of the Montenegro Stars hotel company, Zarko Radulovic, expects that we will have fewer guests during this tourist season, but cumulatively more money than last year. He believes that we can get closer to the revenues yielded in 2019. Radulovic says for the RTCG portal that we will compensate for the lack of guests from Russia and Ukraine with a longer season and new markets. However, all forecasts for this season will depend, as Radulovic states, on two key factors – internal stability and inflation.

It is indisputable, says Radulovic, that the war in Ukraine has caused great political uncertainty and financial instability around the world, which has directly affected not only tourism, but also all segments of business.
