Miodrag Radunović, who was yesterday elected dean at the Faculty of Medicine, told Pobjeda daily we musn’t talk about winners and the defeated in the university community, as they together must strive towards repairing the faculty’s reputation on the academic map of Montenegro.
Radunović was supported by 38 colleagues, while his rival candidate Ljiljana Musić-Gledović received 20 votes.
The newly elected dean underlined that after the elections they all congratulated and thanked each other, as it should be the case when it comes to the university elections. “We must do our best to raise the quality level of the syllabi, and try to boost the Faculty’s visibility in Montenegro and beyond its borders.”
Radunović used to be the assistant professor at Faculty of Medicine, after which he was promoted to full professor and now is given a 3-year mandate as the dean of the same Faculty.
