Real Estate Administration has introduced an improved e-cadastre portal, which is going to have considerable impact on the acceleration and reduction in the amount of procedures.
“Using e-cadastre web application with new services for direct, online download of official documents from cadastral records will have the same legal validity as the documents clients obtain on the counters”, said director of Real Estate Administration, Mr Dragan Kovačević.
Registered users log on to the real estate electronic records via qualified digital certificates issued by the competent certification authorities in Montenegro.
“This web application, created in the first phase of the implementation, enables the download of real estate property sheet/ property sheet, i.e. a certificate of a document with electronic signature, for the purposes of the activities of public notaries. After all requirements had been met, in compliance with the regulation of 22 July, e-cadastre officially came into use”, said Mr Kovačević.
This service will be enabled for use of state authorities and local administrations.
Real estate Administration is faced with insufficient number of employees. There are currently 109 vacancies.
“At the moment, there are more than 370 employees in the Real Estate Administration”, said Mr Kovačević.
