Rudović claims the Democratic Front inflicted harm to Opposition’s boycott

The Citizens’ Movement URA vice-president, Neđeljko Rudović, has estimated that the return of the Democratic Front into the Parliament inflicted harm to the effects of the boycott, but still believes that not everything is lost, as the media previously reported.

“That’s how it looks like at first sight. The fact is that the Democratic Front have caused harm to the effects of the boycott by their return into the Parliament and that they prevent the democratic changes by taking the clerical posts, at the same time trying to establish the dominant policy which relies on the Serbian-Russian Orthodox principles”, Rudović stated for Pobjeda daily when asked to comment on the statements about the boycott failure.

According to him, the Citizens’ Movement URA believe that the boycott is still one of the ways to put pressure on the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) to agree on the elections.

Rudović also considers the elections in the Capital, which are to take place next year, as very important.

“As for the elections in Podgorica and all the other municipalities, the opposition has the opportunity to take control over the Capital, the town of Bar and other municipalities and therefore force DPS to call for the early parliamentary elections and put an end to the agony of our country”, stated Rudović.
