Russia has announced today that it has declared a Montenegrin diplomat an undesirable person (persona non grata) and that this is a reciprocal measure.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia has stated that it called the Ambassador of Montenegro to Moscow, Milorad Scepanovic, and handed him a note declaring the associate of the Embassy in Moscow an undesirable person.
It is stated that this measure is a response to the expulsion of the Russian diplomat from Montenegro.
