The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declared the diplomat of the Embassy of the Russian Federation accredited in Montenegro a persona non grata, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated.
The Ministry has said that a formal note on this decision, which specifies the 72-hour deadline for leaving the territory of Montenegro, has been handed over to the Ambassador of the Russian Federation today.
