The Government of Montenegro has passed the decision granting temporary exemption from visas for citizens of the Russian Federation, who will be allowed to enter, cross the territory and stay in Montenegro from April 1 to October 31, 2021 for up to 90 days for a period of 180 days from the first day of their entry with a valid travel document, without visa.
The government has also enabled a temporary visa-free entry for citizens of Kazakhstan and Armenia, in the period from April 1 to October 31, 2021.
