“Russia believes it can dictate things, but Montenegro is has come too far on its way to NATO, and no one can make some bigger influence on this road now”, Saakashvili said.
He said that Russia wants to rule all the smaller countries, and that he learned this in experience.
“You just march on forward, this kind of rhetoric is always present”, Saakashvili said. He is now a governor of Ukraine’s region Odessa.
Bosnian Prime Minister Denis Zvizdić said that the officials of BiH are especially happy for Montenegro’s invitation from NATO.
“We consider this an extremely important step to stabilization of the whole region. Yesterday I spoke with Montenegro’s Prime Minister Milo Đukanović about having a meeting of our two Governments. We shall do this soon”, Zvizdić said.
