The opposition must be united in the boycott of the parliament, it cannot stop nor give up on the conditions it set at the beginning, said MP and SDP official Dzavid Sabovic. He said that the most recent events at the Montenegrin political scene clearly point to the fact that DPS is retreating and that opposition must not give up.
“Markovic’s statements show that there is no more arrogance… They are sending different messages now, and they are ready to talk to the opposition. We have no dilemmas however. The boycott shall continue, and DPS must accept our conditions”, Sabovic said speaking to Dan daily.
He said that the new elections must be organized by a different government, one that had nothing to do with electoral rigging and abuses. The new government should consist of non-party individuals.
Sabovic hopes that the opposition will remain reasonable and cooperative, united against the criminal government.
