The SDP emphasised that they were aware that a university professor of law could hardly explain to an agricultural expert basics of policy and law.
“Of course, unless it is the policy of buying votes – which was recognised even by court – for which the “good guys” from Pljevlja were responsible,” the SDP stressed.
According to them, the only explanation for Mr Simovic’s condition they could find in the fact that perhaps recently he might be the one spending his time in the corner due to unfulfilled tasks.
“That is why he is losing a sense for reality and basic facts, all garnished with subtle political vocabulary. In his statements, Mr Simovic has forgotten that he was the one who voted for condemning “Informer” in the conclusions of the European and Montenegrin Parliaments. It is always a question for the DPS who it is more afraid of – earlier Slobo and “good guys” or now, thankfully, the European parliamentarians. Perhaps the Deputy Speaker Simovic spent some time in the corner because of that voting, therefore he currently is playing a role of Informer’s lawyer,” the SDP communicated.
The SDP believes that the so-called medium for a showdown against the U.S. Embassy and the EU Delegation to Montenegro – Informer – has currently received allies in other media spreading conspiracy theories against the U.S. Embassy and the EU for several days.
“Like in former Pobjeda’s ‘War for Peace’ – the CIA, the Vatican and the Comintern are the only missing elements. And as a coincidence – the owner of those media is your partner from Sveti Stefan. Mr Deputy Speaker, you are doing all this in crucial months for the acceptance of Montenegro into NATO. You are running a media war against the highest representatives of the U.S. and the EU in Montenegro and formally you want them to trust us as allies,” the SDP stressed in the statement.
According to their assessment, the “returning of a man who is one of the leaders of the anti-NATO campaign and attacks on the Parliament in 2008 thus wading basic dignity the Nationals Security Agency (ANB)” is quite fitting with all that. “We know that you are about to prepare the man who was singing ‘Spremte se spremte cetnici’ (a nationalistic song) to be an agent in your election campaign. It does not matter whether a person is against the state of Montenegro and the Euro-Atlantic integration – it is only important to serve the DPS. But when you need it, then the Duke and the popular Priest (“NATO is the 3rd Reich”) and the first Priest’s associate – the attacker on the Parliament and the chetnik duke from Romanija – are OK and then you are patriots. But when the SDP votes with the opposition against illegal and harmful contracts, then the SDP is a traitor of Montenegro”, the SDP emphasised.
They further stated that the matrix “the DPS equals the State” was not valid any more. Now the matrix is “the DPS is above the State”. The SDP argued that the whole history of the DPS was marked by motto ‘power at any cost regardless of what happens to the State’.
When it comes to untruths about the invitation to the Duke Mandic to join the Government, there is a corpus delicti:
“I have repeated today what is known and what is a public invitation to the representatives of Serbian parties in Montenegro since the time when we had the last pre-referendum duel. It is the invitation – please join the Government, the door is open.”
“This is a quotation of the invitation of Simovic’s party leader carried by the Serbian national broadcaster on December 10th 2013 during his visit to Serbia, for which Milutin claimed not to be true. Luckily, this and many other statements showing your exploits could be found on the Internet by every literate person. The Internet archive cannot be incinerated, and we believe that you will not forbid it”, the SDP concluded.
