The Podgorica police filed a criminal complaint against S.S. (40) from Serbia on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “attempted forming of extramarital union with a minor”, the Police Directorate said.
“It is suspected that S.S. agreed to sell his underage daughter A.S. (14) from Podgorica into illegitimate extramarital union with a minor S.B. for €1,000. Immediately after finding out about the criminal offense, S.S. was arrested,” the statement said.
The suspect has been brought to competent state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica.
