Serbia’s EMS bought another 5% of CGES shares for €7m

‘Elektromreža Srbije’, EMS, today bought the additional 5 per cent of shares of the Montenegrin Electric Transmission System, CGES, on the stock exchange for nearly €7m, Blic reported.

The Serbian company has now taken a total of 15 per cent of ownership in CGES.

“EMS paid nearly €7 million to buy these shares,” Blic wrote.

Recall, in December 2015, EMS bought more than 10% of CGES shares on the stock exchange worth €13.9 million.
