Seven bids arrived for the property of the former “Radoje Dakić” factory. Two business premises in Belgrade aroused most interest. Their initial price is €202.400.
Miloš Gledović from Belgrade offered most – € 211.600. The advertisement stated that a right of exploitation of this property shall be transferred to the bidder.
Direction for the property of the Capital City offered to buy railroad pedestrian areas for € 430.117. “Kips” and “Čelebić” companies are interested in buying land intended for population of great density. “Kips” offered €4.000.010 for 14.124 square meters of the land, whereas “Čelebić” offered € 396.000 for 1.492 square meters. Mladen Marković, bankruptcy judge, is supposed to decide upon these two offers within eight days.
This is the fifth public placing of the property of the former “Radoje Dakić” factory. It did not include halls sale. The opening of the bids for halls sale should be on 19 March.
