During the first 9 months, 58.56% of tourists stayed in various types of hotels, resorts, boarding houses, motels, tourist resorts and hostels in Montenegro, and 63.79% of overnight stays were registered compared to the same period of the record 2019, Dnevne Novine reports.
New preliminary data from the MONSTAT Statistical Office specifically show that hoteliers across our country registered 631,970 guests in the mentioned period, and that the number of overnight stays reached 2,671,794.
Let’s compare – from the beginning of January to the end of September 2019, the number of tourists in the so-called collective accommodation was 1,079,186, while the number of overnight stays was 4,188,641 at the same time.
