From Socialdemocrats of Montenegro was said to Dnevne novine that it’s been seven days since the request for registration was submitted and that they didn’t get a response yet, so there is a possibility that the response could be negative.
“Although it’s against the law, we wouldn’t be surprised if the response was negative. In this case we will file a lawsuit against responsible persons in Ministry of internal affairs for abusing the public service”.
Socialdemocrats submitted a request for registration in the list of political parties to Ministry of internal affairs, or a registration of the party, on the 3rd of August. Deadline for registration is 15 days from the date of submitting the request.
