In the fourth quarter of 2018, average price of one square meter of an apartment of the new development style amounted €1.098 and it is by 1,8% in comparison to the same quarter of 2017.
Average price of the square meter of an apartment in new development style in Podgorica amounted €1.047, in the seaside region it amounted €1.334, in the central region it amounted €580, whereas in the northern region it amounted €743.
“Differences in prices throughout the years depend mostly on the share of the apartments of jointly severally residential building. If the share of such apartments is bigger, average price will be significantly lower, and vice versa”, said the representatives of the Statistical Office of Montenegro (MONSTAT).
