Supreme Court postpones Do Kwon’s extradition to South Korea

The Supreme Court ordered a stay of execution in the Do Kwon case, and postponed his extradition to South Korea.

As it explained, the Supreme Court panel, composed of judge Milenka Seka Zizi as the president of the panel and judges Ana Vukovic, Zorana Scepanovic, Vesna Vuckovic and Seka Piletic, as members of the panel, passed the Decision, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which stipulates that the Supreme Court, considering the content of the request for the protection of legality, may decide to postpone, that is, stop the execution of a final court decision.
