It is one of two plea bargains Marović signed for a crime abuse of official position. In one, he made an obligation to spend 30 months in prison and pay 50.000 EUR for charity. The other plea bargain binds him to 20 more days in prison and 1.100.000 EUR to the state and 50.000 EUR more to the charity.
Two agreements pertain to 8 affairs in Budva: construction of lower boulevard in Budva, road in village Krapina, collector in Bečić, cases „Properti investment” „Kopiraj t”, „Prijevor”, „Jaz i TQ Plaža”.
Aside from Svetozar Marović, Higher Court in Podgorica received 14 plea bargains from Budva affairs. Higher Court affirmed five of them, that punish perpetrators with 31 months in prison and close to 20 million EUR of damages.
