At the beginning of today’s PMQs, the Liberal Party leader Andrija Popović wanted to point to the state of siege in Cetinje. However, Speaker of Parliament Aleksa Bečić did not allow him to make a statement due to a procedural violation of the Rules of Procedure.
“This is shame, this is embarrassment”, Mr Popović pointed out, after which he threw the Rules of Procedure, which is why Mr Bečić ordered him to leave the session.
