Passers were handed mimosas, and the car started at 10h from Igalo, radio Jadran reports.
The parade ended on the City Square, and they were followed by music of band Stari kapetan.
Festival people were joined by many citizens, as well as Roma woman Stanka, city’s favorite, who wished everyone all the best to cheerful ovations.
”Abrum” will also be held tomorrow at the same time, but it will be a carnival parade. On the Square a carnival called „Prilično Dvolični“ will be set, and it will last until the end of holiday, when it will be burnt. Next to ir there will be a box for citizens letters, where they can put all suggestions for when the judgement comes for the carnival.
