Rada Visnjic, a teacher who was fired because she called the children to prayer, and later appointed and then relieved of her duties as acting headteacher of the Yugoslavia elementary school in Bar, is returning to school, CdM has learned.
Visnjic was in a court dispute over the dismissal she received two years ago, when she invited pupils to pray at the Church of St. John Vladimir in Bar.
“The school has not received an official verdict on her return to work”, acting headteacher Slavica Radevic has told CdM.
Visnjic’s lawyer, Marko Kovac, has confirmed to CdM that the verdict was passed.
