Podgorica police arrested A.M. (19) from Rozaje on suspicion of raping an 18-year-old girl.
As the police stated, the suspect assaulted and raped a girl in the second block of the hall of residence in Podgorica on 20 October, at about 5pm.
She was provided with medical care, whereas A.M. was arrested morrow morning.
“In addition to a criminal complaint, he was brought to the competent state prosecutor in the High State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica, on grounds of a reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense,” police stated.
