Henri Guyon is a French extreme right-winger, who became famous for his humanitarian actions in Kosovo, which is why he was hired by the Government of Serbia a few years ago as the head of the agency for relations with Serbs in the diaspora and the region. That means that this man is most responsible for the implementation of the controversial strategy for cooperation with Serbs in the region, which as an official document stands as a justification for Belgrade’s interference in the politics of Montenegro. In addition to supporting various projects such as the Serbian House and some other “humanitarian”, “cultural” and “religious” events, this time pregnant heifers are being used to strengthen the Serbian identity in Montenegro. Whoever declares himself a Serb will receive cattle, with the amen of the Serbian Orthodox Church, which blessed this action, together with the management of the Pljevlja mine. Really innovative.
Is Montenegro on the verge of financial collapse?
Yesterday, Minister Scekic finally admitted that the health care system is about to collapse. Abazovic said that we were spending huge amounts of money on the import of electricity. They brought the country to a crisis, and now they are pointing fingers at Spajic and trying to blame everything on the government of Zdravko Krivokapic, in which, by the way, they also participated. Are Spajic and Milatovic really charlatans, and perhaps the hand that strategically brought the Montenegrin economy, energy and finance into a position of dependence on Serbia, or are they right when they say that all of the above is a cover story for the budget revision that would enable an increase budget expenditure for political campaign purposes in an election year?
Buying and selling diplomas

They are making agreements, but praying to God not to agree
Today, three ambassadors – EU, USA, GB – will meet with the leaders of pro-European civil parties in the Parliament. The final agreement of the 30-August-winners was promised to be reached by the day after tomorrow. However, judging by the mutual attacks in the public space, many do not want the agreement to be reached. It is clear that URA and SNP are not comfortable with a new government in which their influence would be definitely reduced, although Dritan accuses the Democrats of being the ones who obstruct and have an agreement with DPS.
However, I see the sharpest line of conflict between the closest coalition parties – DF and URA, because their concepts do not match. While DF is more and more boldly seeking the post of Mandic as a prime minister designate, Dritan’s supporters are asking for him to remain prime minister, which he also begged in Belgrade, as reported in the media.
Cigarette confiscation
Another large quantity of cigarettes was seized yesterday. These are cigarettes that arrived in Montenegro from the UAE, and were supposed to enter Serbia through legal transit, but they were returned to Montenegro, where they were supposed to be boarded on a ship and taken out of the country. The moment the Customs Administration suspected that the cigarettes had been hidden, they took action and seized the cigarettes, as explained by Rade Milosevic.
