Protest of the Faculty of the Montenegrin Language in Cetinje
Professors and students of the Faculty of the Montenegrin Language and Literature gathered yesterday morning in Cetinje in front the building of the former Ministry of Culture, protesting over the ministry’s failure to ensure funds for their work – not for their reimbursements but funds for the work and maintenance of the faculty. The protest was peaceful and just when they were about to leave, Mr Dragan Koprivica, the DF official, who has been running the culture department in the newly-established Ministry of Culture, Education and Sports, appeared in front of the building. Mr Koprivica was provoking gathered citizens by sending them kisses and making rude gestures, after which part of citizens wanted to enter the building of the former ministry. A major incident was prevented thanks to presence of organizers.
After the protest, Mr Koprivica was attacking the dean of the faculty, Mr Adnan Čirgić, calling him a vandal and yob. Mr Čirgić then received a phone call and threats by an unknown person.
Following the ministry’s tweet that they were going to file criminal charges against Mr Čirgić and gathered citizens, the Dean told them to stop with threats and targeting and do their legal obligations towards the faculty instead.
Political parties and organizations, as well as individuals backed requirements of the faculty. The painter Rajko Todorović Todor condemned students and staff of the Faculty of Painting from Cetinje for failing to demonstrate solidarity with their fellow philologists. Mayor Nik Đeljošaj also sent messages of support and reminded that the faculty had supported requirements of the Albanian people to withdraw a controversial CANU dictionary, largely written by current URA officials.

Is he going to resign having in mind the terrible epidemiological situation, does he consider hand kissing as a Montenegrin act, how does he feel after the reception in Cetinje, what has been done since he became the prime minister aside from attacking the DPS, did he move mountains by faith – these were just some of the questions of citizens sent to PM Zdravko Krivokapić on Twitter on the occasion of the 100 days since the formation of the government.
Here’s how the government works against the interests of Montenegro
It’s an absurd situation in which the government is lobbying hard against the election of Mr Igor Lukšić as the head of the Regional Cooperation Council, RCC, as he is supposed to succeed Ms Meljinda Bregu, the secretary general of the RCC. According to Pobjeda daily, the government is likely to back the extension of Ms Bregu’s tenure.
Bizarre message of congratulation on the occasion of International Women’s Day
Mr Vladislav Dajković, the DF activist, expresses his rather bizarre views on politics, religion and society on a daily basis. He posted a video yesterday that showed him giving out roses to female residents of Nikšić and congratulating 8th March, allegedly caring for the position of women in society. In the end of the video, he enters his apartment and greets his wife. Vice President of the DPS and mayor of Podgorica, Ivan Vuković, provoked with this act, tweeted: “how is it possible that, in just a few months, we have experienced this kind of civilizational regression.”

Mr Dejan Vukšić, head of the ANB, who has had many speculating that he won’t continue with his term and whose wealth and connections with crime gangs were mentioned in the media, stayed in Brussels, where, according to the government, NATO encouraged him to continue with security sector reforms.
Montenegro Airlines staff complain about being ignored by the ministers of the Government of Montenegro. The whole situation threatens to cause explosion that looks like a social bomb.
