Turn by Hajdukovic: Once saving Karadzic, now wants to save Montenegro

Hajdukovic told to opposition leaders in an open letter that the replacement of the executive authorities is in the hands of the opposition six, DF, SNP, SDP, Demos, Democrats and URA, and that DPS would definitely lose elections if these six would make a common list “All together”.

Hajdukovic, besides the science where he has excellent results, and politics that he gets himself involved occasionally, has experience in private diplomacy too which he engaged in during the nineties of the last century, by involving himself in the split of Bosnia and helping Radovan Karadzic. The name of Dragan Hajdukovic was mentioned in the agency report by Associated Press which had published details of the scandal in 1998 with suspicion of secret negotiations between family and lawyers of Radovan Karadzic with representatives of American administration regarding the terms of voluntary surrender of Radovan Karadzic, accused of genocide.

According to AP reports, Hajdukovic was connected to certain Cody P. Shearer, a cousin of the then deputy of national secretary of the USA. Cody, as AP reported, “received thousands of dollars from Radovan Karadzic’s partners” at the time when he was trying to negotiate his surrender.

In AP’s text, it is litterally stated that Shearer was in contact with Karadzic’s family in Montenegro, “received a letter from Karadzic himself, and then tried to present Dragan Hajdukovic, Karadzic’s associate, to Hague tribunal and tried to help Hajdukovic’s “peaceful plan” for splitting Bosnia”.

After discovering Hajdukovic-Shearer connection, officials from State Department said that Shearer was not operating on behalf of the government of the USA. It seems as if Dragan Hajdukovic is only successful in science. Politics and diplomacy are not going to well for him.
