The Secretariat for the Protection of Property of the Municipality of Budva has sent a Public Invitation for the submission of proposals, interests and attitudes regarding the preparation of the draft decision on determining the criteria for leasing temporary locations for setting up hospitality terrains in the Old Town and in front of private-owned business facilities.
The head of the secretariat Nikola Plamenac said that it was time to regulate this area, and that in the future there will be clear criteria on the basis of which the interested parties would be able to compete for leasing these locations.
