Based on the manager’s contract, the dismissed executive director of ‘Solar Gradnja’, Valerija Saveljic, might get a 100.000 in compensation because of premature termination of the contract, Pobjeda daily says.
Following yesterday’s announcement on her dismissal, the Energy Minister Sasa Mujovic sent a statement to media, telling that he had urged the Elektroprivreda Board of Directors (BoD), which is the owner of ‘Solar Gradnja’, to launch the procedure for dismissal of Solar Grandma’s Board of Directors, comprising Marina Jocic (Chair) and members: Miroslav Doderovic, Ahmet Djonbaljaj, Zoran Colakovic, Nedjeljko Lekic, Veljko Vasiljevic and Igor Vlahovic.
Minister Mujovic said he was surprised with the decisions of the Solar Gradnja’s BoD, which were, as he noted, in defiance of the agreed principles of work previously presented at the regular meetings in the Ministry of Energy, and all the fundamental principles of cooperation between the ministry and energy companies.
Ms Saveljic, on the other hand, told Vijesti that she had been dismissed without any reason, and was waiting to see the outcome of the minister’s initiative on the dismissal of Solar Gradnja’s BoD before she sued them for the unlawful dismissal.
