A journalist Jovo Martinović, who was sentenced to one and a half year imprisonment in January this year on charges that he had used his acquaintances and thus linked drug dealers, will be trialed again after the Appellate Court suspended the judgement against him, writes Dan daily.
Martinović said before the Panel that he had had a journalist task and he’d had to contact many people involved in crime affairs.
Beside him, a defendant Branka Stanišić will also go on trial again, as she was sentenced to one year and three months imprisonment under the first-instance verdict.
The Appellate Court judges confirmed the verdicts pronounced against other people accused in this case.
