Portal CdM has posted exclusive footages from surveillance cameras showing violence at St Stefan.
In the previous period, the residents of Sveti Stefan, Miločer and Pržno broke into the space of the exclusive AMAN resort, managed by Adriatic Properties. The latest case happened 2 days ago when a group of young residents vandalized the fence at the entrance to Sveti Stefan, in order to prevent the construction of the Queen’s Beach Hotel. To make matters worse, such behavior was also supported by the leadership of Budva – the mayor Marko Carević and the speaker of Budva parliament Krsto Radović. The case has been reported to the Budva police and prosecutor’s statement is awaited.
Earlier, Adriatic Properties said that it had instructed its lawyers in London to send a letter to property owners under each lease agreement, and that it expected the property owners at Sveti Stefan to fully comply with their obligations.
