“Regarding that unlucky pig I think it would be best to ask leaders of the parties that organized it about that. There are persons there who are among the top 100 smartest people in the world, as well as those who patented the hunger strike with bureks. They and their colleagues will, I’m sure of it, explain to you all the high symbolics and sofisticated political message: pork as an expression of undoubtful multi-ethnic and multi-religious character of their three weeks long sad performance. Last night, at the place where for 20 days the protests of DF have been held, the group “Serbs of Bar” roasted a pig, at the astonishment of Montenegrin public.
This news caused a large number of comments on web portals and social networks.
Citizens mostly described this event as inappropriate, primitive, “circus”, embarrassment…
However DF doesn’t find anything wrong with roasting the pig in the center of the Podgorica.
One of the leaders of Democratic front Slaven Radunovic wrote on his Facebook page last night: “It is joyfull in the Free zone tonight. The rain is pouring, but the pig is roasting.. Citizens of Bar already showed that they’re good with barbecue, but they seem to be good with the skewer too”.
