Sources of the CdM portal from the Podgorica ‘Vodovod’ (eng. Waterworks) claim that this enterprise has renewed contract with the Postal Service, so postmen will be delivering water bills to citizens in person.
Neither the Director of ‘Vodovod’, Aleksandar Nisavic, nor the President of the ‘Vodovod’ Trade Union, Darko Brnovic, responded to CdM’s question about the contract, its value and the duration period.
Water bills were previously delivered to citizens by postmen, but Vodovod, as announced by Aleksandar Nisavic, the company’s director, decided not to extend the contract with the Postal Service in order to rationalize costs, as well as citizens’ complaints that they didn’t receive bills.
