There were no applicants for the position of the University of Montenegro (UCG) chancellor until yesterday evening. The application deadline is 18 November.
The acting chancellor Danilo Nikolic is expected to submit his application today.
According to unofficial information Pobjeda obtained from multiple sources, Nikolic will be elected to this position because he enjoys full support and trust of the UCG Board of Directors chairman Dusko Bjelica. He has been appointed acting chancellor on Bjelica’s initiative after former chancellor Radmila Vojvodic was dismissed on 3 October.
