Water supply bills in Budva will be lower by €3.05 this month. Until now, the sum was charged as the fee for utility services and the use and maintenance of the network. However, the Constitutional Court abolished the fee, the acting director of the Water and Sewerage company Vladimir Vujovic told Pobjeda.
He explains that, according to the decision of the Constitutional Court, the fee was illegal because “citizens cannot pay for municipal investments or the construction of a wastewater treatment plant, through the price of services provided by the company”.
