Speaking to Sergej Stanišev, Pejović gave him a letter from DPS President Milo Đukanović.
The letter expresses gratitude for the support PES has given to DPS, ensuring their success on the elections, which had a regional significance in terms of reinforcing EU integration road.
Pejović also met leaders of socialists, social democratic and labour parties of Europe.
Pejović underlined Montenegro’s readiness to become a part of a community of nations who share values of democracy, freedom and equality, building stability and prosperity in Europe.
“Pejović relayed determination of the new Government to conclude reforms, accession negotiations and become a member of EU within next four years”, it was stated in DPS.
PES leaders meeting was held within PES Council that is held every year in order to discuss political priorities of this organization.
