Candidate for Minister of Defense in the new government is Dr Olivera Injac, professor at the University of Donja Gorica.
She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić in 1999 and finished her post-graduate studies in 2005. In the same year she finished her master studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Podgorica. In January of 2011, she got her PhD degree at the same faculty.
She continued her studies in security in Germany and in the USA.
Before UDG, Ms Inajc worked in the Ministry of Interior and Police Directorate.
Ms Olivera Injac delivered speeches at numerous scientific and professional gatherings in the country and abroad. She took part in the national project entitled “Security aspect of the European integration of Montenegro”, 2012-2015; in TEMPUS project entitled “Enhancement of cyber educational system of Montenegro” ,2014-2015.
She served as vice-president of the national “Alumni Association of Maršal Center”(MCAAMNE) since 2012. She was member of the Administrative Board of the Atlantic Alliance in Montenegro (2011-2017); Editorial board of the “Contemporary Military Challenges“, from June 2016 and international scientific board of the magazine of Defense Ministry of Macedonia, ”Contemporary Macedonian Defence”, from March 2018.
