Sculptor Miodrag Scepanovic, professor David Kalaj PhD and Svetozar Savic PhD are the winners of the 2017 13 July national award.
Jury has taken the decision on the laureates today at a session in Cetinje.
The jury chairman was Gojko Kastratovic, whereas the members included Ilija Vujosevic, Igor Lakic, Miomir Vojinovic and Asim Dizdarevic.
At the previous session held on May 25, the jury noted that 32 candidates meet all formal legal requirements.
The jury can award up to three annual prizes.
