President of the Municipality of Zabljak, Veselin Vukicevic, told Pobjeda that this is going to be a year of sound investments and capital projects for Zabljak, as the state budget as well the municipal one will stimulate all the necessary activities.
Mayor of Zabljak said he’s extremely satisfied with the fact that the company Adriatic Properties is to construct a luxury hotel in this municipality, adding: “The estimated value of this investment amounts to €10 million. We also expect construction of a hotel worth €1,8 million near Black Lake, which represents a novelty in Zabljak’s tourism offer. The Razvrsje Hotel with 170 beds should be opened by the end of the year. According to investors, building works on the Jezero hotel will also commence this year,“ said Vukicevic.
The Municipality will pay much attention to infrastructure revitalization projects as well, according to Vukicevic.
