Leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS, Danijel Zivkovic, says if there comes to the arrest of the former president of Montenegro and leader of the DPS, Milo Djukanovic, they will respond in a radical manner.
Asked whether the announced arrest could be provoked due to fear of the return of the DPS to power, Mr Zivkovic points out that he doesn’t believe there’s a single indication or suspicion that Mr Djukanovic might be arrested, as the media reported.
“When I say indications, I mean evidence or facts that lead to it. I listed to Djukanovic’s interview when he told he had taken care about his acts over the past 30 years while being in politics, always having in mind that sooner or later a moment would come when those who desired his fall would be in a position to achieve their wishes or goals through an open intention,” Mr Zivkovic tells Antena M.
According to him, this is not the first time that Djukanovic’s political opponents threaten with arrest, as it’s been their story for more than 20 years.
