Boskovic left the handball association; Bojana Popovic acting coach

The association announced that nominations for the vacant post of the RSCG president may be submitted up to 9 September.

“Nominations interested candidates for RSCG president may be submitted until 9 September at noon… The steering committee has decided that Bojana Popovic will be acting coach of the women’s national team until a new coach is selected. A new coach will be selected after new decision-making bodies of the association are established”, RSCG stated.

The reason for Boskovic’s resignation is his candidacy for EHF vice president. Bojana Popovic temporarily replaced Dragan Adzic, since the successful handball expert has withdrawn after the failure at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
