As of next school year, a column intended for observations on the development of children will be introduced for primary school pupils. Their descriptive characteristics will be recorded in terms of how socialized they are, what they are talented for and whether they have certain aversion to something. Their physical development will be monitored, as well, Pobjeda learns.
This is planned by the Education Ministry’s 19 member working group consisting of representatives of the Bureau for Education Services, the Institute for Textbook Publishing and Teaching Aids and some professors. The novelty has been introduced using Western countries’ education system as a role model.
